Proxy flag: ip-api groups proxy, VPN and Tor classifications into one flag. It can also flag cloud or public DNS addresses. The flag cannot identify which technology a connection uses.
Hosting and mobile flags: These describe how ip-api classifies the network. An unflagged address does not establish that it is residential.
Tor exit list: The Tor Project result comes from a separate source. It indicates whether that address appears in the exit list at the time of the check.
